Perineal massage hurts!!
Just did our first perineal massage session and followed directions to the T, but it really hurt!!! Kind of freaked me out that in 4 weeks or so I'm supposed to deliver a baby when my husbands fingers hurt me so bad! Did anyone else have similar experience? I hope that if we do it daily the pain will gradually decrease but I was surprised by how much it hurt!
