Hi advice plz

Hi so on the 21st I went to the Er and they did an ultrasound nd they saw a yolk sac and genstional sac and yolk but no embore I looked on the internet and they said that it was a unfinished pregnancy can that really happen? I mean I been taking test they been postive help plz
