Does anyone get multiple kidney stones each year?

What are some things that have helped/prevented kidney stones? It seems to run in my family. I have had anywhere between 1-3 each year, for the past six years.

There's four types of kidney stones. If your doctor tested them he would be able to tell u which kind they were and what foods or substances to avoid to help u have less flare ups.

I've never had any but I drink water 99% of the time which is probably  why.

I had 4 surgeries in 6 months this year, 3 lithotripsy and once wil here he tried to go in with the laser.  Spent Christmas Eve in the ER with stones. It was awful! Have had 11 procedures in 7 years. I've been on all kinds of medicine and all kinds of diets. I even see a kidney specialist and still get them. Some people are more prone to them no matter what you do.

Mine have been less since I dropped all caffeine no soda or tea ! Also staying well hydrated has helped as well ! 
Kidney stones suck !
