HPV and warts (maybe TMI, no pics)

So I have HPV. I know it's pretty common so maybe one of you ladies can relate.

I was diagnosed over a year ago. I have other health issues so my immune system isn't great so it's still progressed. Well almost 2 months ago I stopped my bc and we are ttc. Around the same time my warts from the HPV have done weird things. One at a time they have gotten red, sore and swollen like a pimple. I pop it just like a pimple then it gets a black scab. Once the scab goes away the wart goes away and there's just a little scar left. Anyone have anything similar happen? I was concerned, but now it's like all the warts are going away like this.
