Anyone else?

Been lightly spotting/bleeding since Tuesday. AF not due til Saturday. No cramps. Lots of gas, backache, nauseous every day. Tests have been negative. Breasts full and slightly tender. Anyone go through this and get their bfp? I'm losing hope, thinking AF will still show up.
