Depo question

First time being on Depo was almost 3 months ago , so far I don't like it and I've had my period for a month and a week now I'm having cramps which I haven't had when I first started, it's sharp sometimes and random it comes and goes. Is this normal?

Had a MC 3 months ago and I did have unprotected sex before getting on it if this info matters
