Period after pregnancy..

Hey! Ok so I just had my 2nd c-section (it'll be two weeks tomorrow). With my first I didn't get my period for probably almost 3 months out. And after I gave birth I bled for probably about two weeks or so. But this time around I only bled for about 5 days after I had the baby and now yesterday I started bleeding again out of nowhere..could this be my period already? Thanks!
