Since December 2012 I have been a stand in mother for my younger brother since our mom died. I have been filling this role for quiet a while and like to think that I do alright. My little brother is my very best friend and always has been. So he has always came to me with any problem he might hav. He is 15 now and has his first girlfriend, whom I really like. My brother came to me this morning and asked me to take him  to buy condoms. I have no idea what to tell him. I will buy him the condoms if it comes too it, because I would rather he and the girl be protected and responsible. But I really don't want him to have sex This early in his life. I'm afraid for him and his girlfriend, who is 13 and I just don't know what to say to my little brother when he gets out of band today. Any and all advice is welcome!
