It's actually more abnormal to have it. It only occurs in about 13% of women. And you can have bleeding with ovulation so the best thing to do is just wait and test.

Never had bleeding, but a strong sharp cramp, that let me know that it might be implantation

I had cramps. It almost felt like a burning/stabbing pain so low I thought it was the tendon that connects to your leg (it that makes sense lol). Had that for two days and a day after that I got BFP.
