Black Cohosh

Me and my husband are trying to become pregnant....I was diagnosed with PCOS and told I can get pregnant I just have to loose weight....Weve been working out everynight since for 30-60 minutes...I havent lost anything drastic but my waist is looking slimmer....anywho.... Im against taking man made pills like clomid and etc.... i don't want anything in my body thats not natural. I read online that black cohosh can not only help cure pcos but help people with pcos concieve....has anyone ever tried this pill and had success? Or is anyone even fimiliar with black cohosh?
