Horrible nightmare

So last night I didn't get up at all to use the bathroom which is great. I also slept thru the entire night and didn't even wake up when dh got home from work (around 3am). BUT I had the worst nightmare ever. 😕 it felt so real. I kept bleeding and it wouldn't stop and then I had horrible pains/cramps on one side. I was home alone with no one to take me to the hospital... Ugh can I just have one night of sleeping normally?
