Crazy Hormones

okay , let me start off by saying I'm 16 . I know that hormonal imbalances are normal for me , but it's just the hormone that controls " THAT " feeling is all the time ... There is this one guy I've always thought about " releasing " these hormones on . I don't know what to do because I'm a virgin and I'm terrified . what to do ?! It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could comment with advice 😩😩
