Clarify on what the glow nurture app is

Ok lately I'm getting super confused and lots of mixed info I just want to get one thing straight: is this app for pregnant women or for a mix of pregnant and non pregnant and not wanting to be pregnant? I see people post something and then others will say like I don't want to be pregnant or I'm trying to conceive. I really just an trying to figure this out. I downloaded the glow app and then when I got pregnant downloaded the glow nurture app for my pregnancy tracking. Are they connected? Maybe that's where I'm getting it wrong.
