If you just hold it for a few hours it will still be like first morning urine.

You don't have too but when you are very early later in the day your urine may be too dilute for an accurate result. Later on you'll get a BFP most of the time.

I think your levels are higher in the morning. But if you're far enough along it'll show at any time of the day. I took them at all times of day and they all showed pos right away. I was already 6 weeks though.
