B12 deficiency. .. Amd miscarriage
Hi, I have a b12 deficiency and used.to get weekly shots. I was switched to pills and totally forgot to take them since august. I found out we were pregnant and lost it all in 36 hours. I read b12 is a big factor in staying pregnant....anyone else know anything about it? ???
