Constipation Emergency!

So earlier today at about 11:30 I went to the restroom because I felt like I had to do #2. When I sat down i began to feel this horrible pain In my abdominal area. Like if you have ever held in gas and it begins to bloat and hurt for a while.So it gradually got worse to the point where every movement I made, made the pain increase.we had to call paramedics and all.im still currently in the ER.but I feel better.i am not bleeding or anything.i just really need to use the restroom and can't...anybody ever experience this?
