Alil lost..

Hi my husband & I have be TTC for over 3 years. I was pregnant once 2 years ago around this sametime..but lost the baby on Halloween.. Now I was like 12 days late on my period but than I spotted for 2 days & I didn't really bleed that much. I've taken 2 pregnancy tests one neg & one hadda very faint plus sign but than I started spotting.. I'm very unsure I've been tracking my period for 2 years & I'm always on time.. I'm trying to keep my mind off of this but at the same time if I am pregnant I wanna know so I can find a doctor & all that stuff.. If anyone could gimme any insite or any suggestions or anything really it would be great thanks in advance..
