UK mummies and antenatal classes.

Hi all. I'm starting to panic now, laid awake at 4am as it has just hit me that I am almost 37 weeks pregnant and I haven't attended any antenatal classes. It's never come up in any of my appointments and I completely forgot all about them til now. I don't know what to do and whether I needed to have attended one?! I'm a first time mum so I don't really have a clue what I'm supposed to do to be honest. Have any of my fellow UK mummies been fine without attending one? If not is it too late to find out about them and attend one now?
