Drugs during Pregnancy? !

Quick question!  If the father of my baby was using Heroine during the time we Conceived,  would that have any affect on my Baby? I've never done drugs in my life!

My doctor said mother is more important than father in this case. My ex was doing coke before I conceived. I didn't know until it was too late. My daughter is healthy and beautiful and key intelligent. She turns twelve in February

I'm no professional, but I think your baby will be just fine. Now, if the mother participated in these drugs while pregnant; that's a whole different story. Hope this helps.

It's most likely to be fine. Sperm quality and defects that could be caused by his half of the genes can be influenced by his drug consume. But this doesn't mean that your baby will suffer through its development in the whomb.
