Sick & Pregnant

So, today was moving day for my husband and I. I woke up with a really horrible sore throat, but didn't think much of it. About 30 minutes into moving stuff, my back was aching and it hurt to move. I wasn't lifting anything too heavy, and I took several breaks. Anyway, now I'm really pale and have a low grade fever of 99.4.

I also haven't been able to really eat anything, I feel nauseous instantly.

I told my husband well go to urgent care if my temp goes up anymore or stays at what it is.

any clue of what this could be?
