Making baby move?

How do you ladies get your baby to move? I'm 30 w 2 d. And she hasn't moved ...

My baby boy has turned into a lazy baby this last month. I have been to the hospital 5 times in 4 weeks for him not moving but everything is always perfectly fine (thank god). My doc told me to drink something sugary, eat something, drink a little coffee (which i am not entirely confortable but did do once) warm bath, shake your belly, poke belly, play music to belly, light vibrations (like from a phone) on belly, walk around. Some times a few of theses things work but sometimes not. It definitely helps to lay down and be in a quite room with no distractions. I didn't think watching tv while laying down would be distracting but it was. Good luck

Orange juice, anything cold or sugary. They've told me when I was pregnant with our first take a warm shower, grab a cold glass of water go lay down in bed for 30-60 min with my hands on my tummy focusing on baby and if nothing to call back and go in. Which I had to do, but of course our stubborn girl started moving like nuts five min after I got all hooked up.

Ice or anything cold. My little man moves almost instantly to try get away from the cold.

usually a cold Pepsi gets her going

I play music on my phone and lay it on my belly (it doesn't need to be really loud) or I kinda push around my stomach like the midwife does when she's checking for his position... If that doesn't work drinking cold juice or water will usually wake him up.
