Any exercise to burn fat and tone muscle. We can't chose where we lose fat from so perform exercises that activate the most muscle groups at the same time because it will burn the most calories in the shortest time. Burpees, squats, jump rope, squat thrusts,push-ups should be fine. I would perform about 10 repetitions of each exercise in a row (back to back) until the whole workout circuit is done. Then rest a few min and then repeat another 2-3 times. Good luck!
