Update

Hi all! I'd posted last week I was going to use this as my accountability place. So I'm posting my first weekly update. My husband and I signed up for a 5k this coming weekend as a motivator for me. So far I'm jogging (after months and months of not jogging/running) about 2.5miles so I may need to walk some this weekend but overall feeling good about it. I also signed up for a 10k in November (I've never done one before) and am so excited to work towards that. I've modified how I eat and am doing a true fast over night (minimum of 12 hours) and am down 4lbs! Things are going well and I just need to keep moving forward :)
