I snore so badly that my boyfriend has to wear ear plugs or else he can't sleep. If he doesn't have ear plugs even ear buds playing music aren't enough. It's so embarrassing! I am over weight but not obese, but I also do smoke. My tiny 4ft 11in, mother also snores pretty badly. Is there anything I can do to stop it?!
