Pain /stitch in side and lower tummy

Me and my boyfriend had sex using the pull out method We are not exactly sure if he misjudged or yeah but for about a week now I'm been extremely moody feeling quiet sick in the morning to the point where I have to lay down and I have this pain or unusual feeling  in my left side stomach lower adamin area does anyone have any ideas?? I'm also not on the pill due to medical reasons.
