I didn't grow up sending/ receiving thank you cards. It's not part of our norm. I went to a baby shower and nobody send me a thank you and I wasn't really expecting one either. If it's not in your norm do I still have to send thank you cards for my baby shower? Not to mention that more than half of the people didn't even put their names on the gifts. For those who wrote their names I did write down what they gave me and personally I rather receive a picture of the child wearing the clothes I gave them. Everyone gave me clothes.
