Anti-biotics vs the pill

I've been on antibiotics for an infection and on a high dose, flucloxacillin 2000mg a day, and they've caused my pill to stop working and my period to come before my 21 days of the pill was up. Should I wait an extended amount of time to when I should've been starting my pill again or just take it a week after the period started? I don't want my skin to break out! ( that's one of the reasons I'm on the pill)
