Menstrual cups?

This might not be the right group but I have no idea where to put it.

I love the idea of menstural cups but I'm curious as to why one size is for pre child birth and one is for post child birth when many women claim to be tighter after a vaginal delivery. Am I missing something? Also can anyone tell me the difference between the diva cup and the Eva cup? Which do you like better?

I've tried softcups. I recently bought a lunette cup. I chose it because it's a bit smaller than the diva and I'm pretty shallow. I don't know anything about the Eva, but I've found a lot of size comparisons and reviews on YouTube.

I'm still learning how to use it, but I like it much better than I've like tampons (I really can't feel it most of the time and I ALWAYS felt tampons). I also use cloth pads, so this is a nice addition and good for when I go swimming, etc.

I just use the soft cups. They have one size and it works great. I forget it is even there because you don't feel it. It's great for at night too considering you can wear them up to 12 hours. I have no complaints and I prefer them to tampons now. I actually use it for my period and after my husband and I have intercourse during ovulation.

I have a Lunette and I am so glad I tried it. I'll never go back to pads and the occasional tampon.

I basically fold it in half, like a c, for insertion. If you Google, there's a ton of information available.

I love my Diva. I have the second model for women over 30 or post childbirth. I'm pregnant with my first at 34. I'm not sure the reason for difference in sizing, but I know I've had no problems with my cup at all. In fact I love it! Not looking forward to using pads post-birth. Been a long time since I've had to deal with bulky women diapers. Blech!
