Decision making.. help!

My ob is awesome he really truly is. This is my 3rd baby and I have always wanted to do a natural labor/ water birth with a midwife. That is my dream birth I really don't like hospitals. I am 12 weeks and I found out there is a midwife run birth center near me that offers water birth. I'm torn between staying with what I know and what's comfortable and stepping into the unknown with the midwife. Any suggestions?
