Hives?

I keep getting these random itchy bumps on legs, arms, tummy.. Do they look like hives? Going to the dr tomorrow morning. Just wondering opinions.

I have the same thing thought it wad bug bites but I'm the only one in the house who gets them out if 4 others doctor said it's a viral infection causing them. They show up everywhere from my feet to my neck

Doesn't look like gives to me, I think they're normally much redder. Might be wrong though.
