Is there a certain amount of time to keep semen in you to increase your chances of pregnancy? I've heard different theory's about it (I usually go to the bathroom right after) just curious on eveyones opinion?

If you wait too long before going to the bathroom, you could get a UTI. Besides, sperm are gentically coded to start swimming towards eggs as soon as their "free". So even if you jump up and down afterwards, they're already swiming towards their goal.

I've read that u should actually stay laying down for at least 20 min before getting up or going to the bathroom.
