My period is late but preg-test says I'm negative?!

I havent had my period in 31 days and I usually have it in 24-25 so should I be worried? And I am not pregnant because I took a pregnancy test just in case and yeah so I'm confused. if not pregnant, why is my period late? what do you guys think! X

There are plenty of reasons outside of being pregnant for a missed period. Reasons like stress, weight loss/gain, insomnia, diet, etc. My period is irregular and always comes randomly. If you really wanna be sure, you should visit your doctor to make sure you aren't pregnant.

I had this.. I've been trying for a baby for so long and I got so excited when my period didn't come but I wasn't pregnant. I just skipped a full cycle. I still don't know exactly why. They say it can be stress or diet change. Sorry if you're trying to conceive but if you're not then I wouldn't worry x

Stress, diet/exercise change, ovulated later than normal, just a fluke. These things happen sometimes. Even in a person who is super regular.

I've had mine be super late, 50 or so days, but I wasn't pregnant. Stress will do that. Just be patient.

Try getting a blood test, just to be sure it's not pregnancy.
