Do you count baby kicks?

I'm 39 +2 and 90% of the time my little one kicks/wiggles on and off all day long. Maybe once every two weeks he has a day where he doesn't move much, mostly after a night where I got little to no sleep. The next day he's back to moving all around. I can usually get him to move just by playing with my belly. I don't really sit and count his kicks but wondering if I should. Just wondering what everyone else concerning counting kicks.
