Second miscarriage in 4 months

My husband and I have been dealing with infertility for 5 years now. So this year we finally went through with IVF. Well our first cycle this June ended with a positive! We were so excited. Only to find out at week 7 that I was having a miscarriage. We were completely devastated. Well luckily it resolved quickly and we were able to move on to another cycle. Got another positive. Only to wake up this morning at 6 weeks 1 day to bleeding and found out I was having another miscarriage. Each time I had this gut feeling that something was wrong and did not feel right. At this point I am just so tired. And sad.
