Crazy question

Hey everyone I figured maybe asking on here I'd get some answers or maybe personal experience with this. So I've been over analyzing alot lately while my fiance is obsessing over us trying to conceive...so one thing in my mind is finances. Well after thinking about it I remembered I have an unpaid bill with the hospital I had my csection from my first, about 800 to be exact and it has went to collections. (This is from 2010) and I'm wondering if I try to deliver at the same hospital will they even let me ? Or since I owe will they turn me away or make me pay this upfront? Any comments are appreciated!
