Skipping period on the pill

Hi,

I've skipped my last 2 periods by running packs together and the next one is due at a really inconvenient time. Can I stop my pill now (about a week and a half left in the pack) and have my 7 day break and period now so that it doesn't come at a bad time and I don't have to skip a third time?
