Period after 1 week!

I just finished my period after one week and a few days ago I started getting nauseous and kept fainting.  (This carrying on everyday so far!).  I thought I may have been pregnant to start with, but then my period suddenly began after 1 week of finishing my last and really heavy!  Is this normal?  (Especially with the Nausea)
