Want a new job

I work for an automotive warehouse as a buyer. I love what I do, but feel like it is such a boys club. My newly appointed supervisor has been in the department less time then I, and now that it's time for my annual review he gets to conduct it. I've been looking for something else with no luck. I knew it wouldn't be easy being a female in this industry, but didn't think it would be this hard.
