Back pain relief?
My back has been killing me for a week or so now. It hurts whether I'm sitting, standing or walking. I'm only 23 weeks so it's not that baby is super heavy or anything. I've gone to the chiropractor and gotten a massage and haven't gained much relief from either, any suggestions?
