Nope that's untrue. Non identical twins can run on the mothers side but identical twins have no genetic link

My mil is a twin... and I feel like my grandpa had twins in his family. Either way, I'm kind of hoping I get blessed with twins. We only want two kiddos, so it would be like killing two birds with kne stone, so to speak... lol

My older brother is a twin and he married a twin. When my SIL got pregnant she originally was carrying twins but unfortunately one stopped developing early on, around 5 weeks or so, and eventually was reabsorbed. So it's definitely possible! :)
