Still bleeding/ spotting

I am officially 7 weeks and I have called my doctor I am still having spotting/ some bleeding when I wipe. I am not really having any cramping however last night I had a few sharp pains but then it went away. I don't go into the doctor until October 19. This has been going on and off for a few weeks now. Has anyone else experience anything similar at 7 weeks?!? I'm just so worried!
