Different sized boobs

Ok so I'm 16 and I have one boob a full cup size bigger than the other. I developed boobs quite young and one has always been a little tiny bit bigger than the other but now it's a very noticeable difference. It does effect my confidence as I have a boyfriend and although I know he doesn't care about it I still don't like taking my top off in front of him because of it. Will there always be a great difference in size between the two?
