the vitamins make your pee neon yellow - basically your body absorbs what it can and you pee out the leftover which discolors your urine. totally normal.

Have you tried the gummies? They are the only ones that I found to keep down. They have dha in them too. I wish I knew about them last pregnancy. If they don't work try taking them on a full stomach right before bed. Then hopefully you sleep through the nausea.
