Back pains??.

So last night me and my boyfriend had sex. We had sex standing up we tried anal and it hurt way to much that we stopped. Right after I went to the bathroom and two minutes later I had started my period. This morning I woke up with really bad back pains it feels like my lower back is sore. What can it be? Should I go to the doctors?
