Threatened miscarriage 😩😢

Hi everyone please pray for me and my family today! I'm 6 weeks pregnant today and I had to check myself in the ER this morning because I am heavily bleeding & heavy cramping! We were told my HCG is 19, however my cervix is closed! We are praying for a miracle!! I found out I'm at risk for miscarrying and need to see doc again in 2 days to check my HCG level. I have faith in God that everything will be OK and my baby will survive! I also have a UTI  not sure if it's any relation to the bleeding, feeling faithful yet sad..
