Needing some advice.

Okay ladies my little guy is 1 month old and anytime I go to put him down 15 to 20 mins after he's fallen asleep he wakes up every single time. Any advice on what to do to get him to sleep a little longer after he's put down. It's really taking a toll on me. He fusses then cries so in give him his paci and he's good till I walk to the other room. Then starts crying. And he is full and not hungry and we burp before he will even think about sleeping and his diapers are dry. Also my husband is gone all week over the road so I take care of baby all by myself while he's gone. Also I don't have anyone to come over and help me during the week. It's really affecting me I can't get showers or there's days I can't get any meals in. Also I'm breastfeeding and when my husband is home I try to pump a lot so I will have some for when I go back to work. I can pump 4 to 6 oz when someone is taking care or him or when he's sleeping. But when he's fussing I can barely pump 1 oz in a hours time, even when he hasn't ate off one side in over 5 hours!
