Should i go to L&D.. Maybe TMI

I been having cramping on and off since this morning.. The baby is very active but his is also very low I can feel him in my pelvic area.. I also been having some lower backache with it.. I also have been using the bathroom more then usual #2 I am not sure if it is anything to be concerned about I am a FTM so I really don't know how contractions feel like or how braxton hicks feel like.. Just need some help
