Melatonin
Does anyone take melatonin? I took it before my pregnancy, but went off it and slept fine. I'm almost 19 weeks.. I'm now sleeping horribly and suffering from headaches almost everyday because of the lack of sleep. I plan on talking to my doctor about it, but just wanted to ask on here as well.
