realistically- does bfn at 12 dpo mean you're out?

I know everyone says it's not over till af comes. but REALISTICALLY speaking, a bfn at 12 dpo ... does that mean you're not pregnant? will it usually show up at 12dpo of you are pregnant? I'm looking for a real answer, no sugar coating!! thanks ladies!!

I had a negative at 12 dpo and was pregnant so it can happen

I would imagine it depends on the average length of your luteal phase. Mine is 15 days so for me 12 days would be alittle early for a positive test but for someone with a 10 day luteal phase could likely be out at 12 days if they got a bfn.

I didn't get a BFP until 15 dpo. You can implant as late as 12 dpo and then it takes a few days after that for the hcg to show in your urine.

I tested at 11 dpo and was still BFN and got my BFP at 15 dpo (the day AF suppose to show)

It takes 6 to 12 dpo for the egg to implant  so  I would Say no ir doesn't mean you are out

Speaking in generals I would say 90% chance your out but you never know. I don't get a clear positive until days after Af is late... But I ovulate layer in my cycle so it's normal for me.
