Hot flashes

What do you ladies do for hot flashes? I am currently TTC and in my two week wait and the past two nights I have not been able to sleep at all because I'm so hot, my husband woke me up the other night because He said he could feel the heat radiating off of me and I was making him sweat and so last night I cranked the air conditioner and had a fan on and everything and I still tossed and turned all night because I was so hot
